Returns and Exchanges
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 15% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items. All returns need to include a copy of original invoice for proper credit or exchanges. Only purchased from DynamicsWorld will be accepted for return. Worn or washed items will not be exchanged. All items accepted for returns must include all original instructions and packaging. Footwear must be in original box.
Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. If slip is missing, please give us a call at 1-800-538-1995. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all exchanges. Merchandise, returned for exchange without a check or money order to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on customer's credit card or sent out COD with appropriate charges.
